Alex Weil is a business leader and entrepreneur with more than 22 years of executive and commercial leadership experience across sales, marketing, international business development, negotiation and strategic management. He holds a degree in Marketing and Advertising from FMU and a postgraduate degree in Business Management from FGV. For 22 years he led Shine Windows as CEO, responsible for the sales organisation, marketing strategy, product development and market expansion, including foreign trade and complex commercial negotiations. More recently he expanded into forestry, agriculture, beekeeping and sustainable land development. Today he serves as President of IN VITRO S.L., focusing on developing the PAULOWNIA 112® ecosystem in Brazil and connecting advanced plant biotechnology with commercially viable forestry projects.
